Keith Raynor is a Grade 3 Plant Operator at Mt. View Sanitary District. Keith started at the District, ten years ago, as an Operator in Training (OIT). Through perseverance, a good work ethic and excellent customer service, Keith was recently promoted to Collections Maintenance Lead.
In his new role, Keith administers key collection system management programs and assists with treatment facility maintenance programs. Keith plays an integral part of the MVSD team as he oversees the District’s Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP), Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program, and the Sanitary System Overflow Response Plan. He researches, plans, and coordinates a variety of resources for wastewater systems' maintenance activities and projects and directs the field crews for the projects’ safe and successful completion.
