No FOG for the Holidays

Pouring oil from a pan into a metal container, with a bottle of oil beside it.

The holiday season is coming soon with family and friends gathering over delicious meals with all the fixings. Keep everyone smiling and your pipes flowing by keeping fats, oils, and grease (FOG) out of your drain. Cold weather solidifies the collected FOG creating sewer blockages that can ruin any kind of holiday fun. FOG isn’t just in meat drippings and cooking oil. It hides in creamy sauces and gravy, too. Keep your sewer lateral clear by canning FOG, scraping any excess, and placing it in the trash. Food scraps/organic waste can be placed in the green cart.
