Associate Engineer, Ruby Vicencio, joined the MVSD team in July 2021. Ruby holds a degree in civil engineering with a graduate degree in structural/earthquake engineering. Her knowledge of Capital Improvement projects is highly beneficial to the District as we continue with repairs, rehabilitation, and replacement of the District’s plant, collection system, and marsh assets.
Ruby enjoys traveling and baking. She is a fan of Formula 1, tennis, and baseball. We’re fans of Ruby and proud to have her on the MVSD team!
