Meet the new MVSD Wastewater Operations Manager, Scott Biocic. Scott, a State licensed Grade V Wastewater Operator, comes to us from Veolia North America, for whom he operated treatment plants in Rio Vista, Discovery Bay, and Lathrop. Prior to that, Scott earned an MBA in International Business and lived and worked in Japan for one and a half years. His undergraduate degree is in Electronics Technology and Telecommunications from Texas A&M University.
His hobbies include reading, “advanced methods of water treatment,” a.k.a. homebrewing, and a 1929 Model A sedan. Scott is an A+ addition to the MVSD team and we’re excited to have him here. Welcome, Scott!
