Mt. View Sanitary District welcomes Julia Halsne to the Board of Directors. Director Halsne has over 22 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry that has focused on program and project management, strategic planning, organizational development, and business continuity. She has served her community by volunteering with several local organizations, including MVSD’s Community Advisory Group. We look forward to her guidance and support in the District’s mission.
